Orders and Delivery

All orders placed on business days before 5:00 PM are processed the same day or the next. We aim to handle orders as quickly and carefully as possible. Deliveries via DHL service are made within 3 working days.

Return Policy

If you wish to return a product, please contact us in advance.

In the case of a defective product, we will provide a free replacement. If you received the wrong product, we will send the correct product free of charge.
